For the past several weeks Tim has been taking on a ton of extra responsibilities while his manager has been out on paternity leave.  Basically he has been doing his manager's job AND his own.  He's been doing a great job but it also requires him to be putting in 11 and 12 hours of work a day.  Despite coming home exhausted, he still does this:
