The End of an Era

Even though we are gearing up for new beginnings like walking to school, packing lunches, new friends and a Luke-less house M-F 8:30 to 3.  I can't help dwelling on all the things that are ending.

We are saying goodbye to
alarm-clock-less mornings,
doing chores in our jammies,
choosing to have lazy days if we're not feeling our to-do list,
Memory or Go-Fish marathons,
story time and nap time,
leaving the house only if we want to.

Jack and I are going to miss him like crazy.  In the mean time, we are going to LIVE. IT. UP.  In these last 2 weeks we might get a little crazy and have a bookfest on the couch for 3 hours.  We probably won't even shower.  Who knows, we may end up watching an amazing amount of cartoons and eat Oreos for lunch.  You know, irresponsible things like that.

They grow up fast, don't they? I have a picture of Archer, Luke and Lucas hanging up in Archer's room. I think they're about 6 or 7 months old... I look at that and think 'wow' they're so big now!!! Good luck with kindergarten! I know exactly how you feel :)

I would love to see that picture Ellen! It seems like yesterday we were doing our weekly baby massage class.
