Fall

 

As beautiful as it was, it's already gone.

The first snow to stick on the ground came yesterday so these seem like they were taken so long ago.

In our backyard, this is how you do it:

Homegrown Package

In October my mom flew down, just in time to open a package Papa sent in the mail.

 

First, some letters and pictures from his visit.

Pumpkins from Papa's garden!!!

 

They were smaller, but way bigger than the ones that came out of our garden.  We're crossing our fingers for a warmer fall next year.
